Medical Certificates are legal documents and will be provided as required but cannot be back dated.

Specialist referrals should be obtained prior to seeing a specialist so that most up to date information regarding your health can be provided. Specialist  referrals  can not be backdated due to legal reasons.

Home visits may be provided for our regular patients who have severe mobility problems and for patients requiring palliative care.

Clinic appointments are preferred in most cases as the surgery is best equipped for comprehensive assessment of medical conditions.
